Zildjian’s Customer Service Department asked my team to develop content to help answer some of the most frequently asked questions around the cleaning, protection and storing of Zildjian cymbals. Our answer was the creation of an informative and authentic digital video series, uniquely delivered in a fun and entertaining way. The success - these videos received over 400,000 views, appeared high within Google’s search results, and many of our top online retailers merchandised these videos within their cymbal product detail pages (pdp’s).
